Tas: Have been trying to post pic. It posts all right --BUT--ITS HUGE 

 It is a jpeg file and is stored in MY Documents--size is 112 kb. What am I not doing?  RSapp

Bronco,

   You can open a pict with Microsoft "paint" it comes with all versions of windows, you can find it under accessories in the start menu in most cases.

Open Paint, then load the picture you want to shrink.  Keep in mind that when you choose file, then open, you may have to change the file type to "all files" in order to see the picture you want to change.  When it's open got to "image" in the tool bar and pick "stretch/skew". It will open a box that lets you change the size of the picture, set the stretch box numbers  to a lower percentage - i.e. 50% in horizontal and vertical will shrink a picture to half it's size.  As long as you use the same percentages (or very close) it won't alter the pict aspects. After its the right size, save it and upload it.
