Well, we are on the hook now.
I put the 50% down. $562.50, each.
It is $1125 for each hunter.
3 days and 3 nights hunting plus one extra "Travel" day on Thursday we can spend the night before the hunt.
Unlimited pigs no Trophy fee. Sleep in the "bunkhouse" and cook our own food in the clubhouse. I hope it works.

Well there is no turning back now. I paid the last half tonight.
I talked with the owner a long time today and got the latest information. Being cold (for Texas) is good for hog hunting he said, it makes the pigs come in better to feed. I asked him about a real world prospect on bag numbers. He said the last two groups of 4 hunters took home 12 hogs. We get full ran of the ranch they only charter hunts for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday hunts, with a free day to get there Thursday. With our superior hunting Prowers I expect to do even better then that.Big smile

About 1700 miles to 22708 CR 4171, Mineola, TX 75773.
We are predicted to get a bit of weather so we are moving up our departure time. We will leave first thing in the morning giving us an extra day to get there. There letting us sat on the ranch if we get there early. We are the only hunters on the property and can start hunting when ever we get there if we want. They normally space there hunts out about 4/5 days so no one is hunting there now.Clap There weather has been cool and wet, should be warmer and dryer when we get there.
I will be out of contact till we return.
stay safe talk then.
