Cry I can't believe it either.
Not just sunny day snow melt mud but full blowen can't get around MUD.
We went up verry near the northerner border looking for some deer to bring home.
It was so muddy the "Good" county roads were crap.
The 4wheelers would float on the AG ground but you had better stop on some grass if you wanted to get going again.
The GD and I are down to some mule deer tags. The border grounds are known for whitetail but we hoped.
We hunted  a lot of ground before spotting a group  working there wat to us. They were whitetail does, the D-I-L had a few 'tail tags so she and the boy hustled out through the mud on foot to a little saddle we figured the beer would pass through.
Sure enough they did, and she made quick work of dispatch two of them. It took some doing but the friend that owns the land made his way out with the side-by-side. loaded them up and brought them to were we could dress them out. The GD and I and the rest hunted the rest of the day with any mule deed being spotted. Dangle.
Fun hunt in the mud. It was SOOOO yucky we didn't take any pics. Shocked
