I mixed up some Beer bread early this morning.
Bread flour, yeast, heavy cream with Lemon juice,
Salt and Moose Drool beer. Let it rise an hour.
Divide in to 15 parts, roll in to sticks, let rise 30 minutes. Then brush the top with some beer and baking soda. I cook them on the BBQ, 400* on a steel sheet covered with parchment paper. 12 to 13 minutes. Pit then directly on to a cooling rack with out the paper and cool in a draft to crisp the out side.
We will eat them with left over BBQed stake and roasted baby red potatoes with sweet potato and water chestnut chunks.Clap
Sa I re heat the food I'll put the sticks in towards the end to warm uncovered to keep them crisp butter them and sprinkle with Presentation sea salt flakes.
DANG
Eating good in the neighbor hood.

Bread is probably my biggest weakness when it comes to food. Especially fresh baked bread.

Those look amazing.
I have always considered myself to be quite the bullshitter, But ocasionally it is nice to sit back and listen to a true professional......So, Carry on.
