yes, you really DO dip in flour first, then egg.....

---------

I made this using two pices of halibut about 12 ounces each for my wife and I. Very tasty!

Two portions of halibut
2 eggs
4 TBS parmesan cheese
1 TBS parsley
1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
4 TBS olive oil
flour

After cutting halibut, pat dry with paper towels. Whip up the eggs, add cheese and parsley to eggs. Dredge the fish in flour, dip in the egg mixture, and brown on medium heat in a skillet, about five minutes each side.
Remove fish from skillet and plave in a baking dish. Sprinkle on a little more cheese.
Peel the lemon, removing all the skin and pith, and slice thin.
Put the lemon slices on top of the fish and put it in the oven at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
