I know it's a Seuss book but it was meant for young adults journeying out on their own. Gave one to each of my kids when they graduated high school and read it tonight to my younger ones.......Though they enjoyed it and actually pondered briefly upon it, I feel that I was the only one with whom it applied......Perhaps more bourbon is needed before I read it again.
...oh yeah! thats gonna hurt!

Never understood a first grade reader as a gift for a graduate.
Always thought it a joke, saying your education brought you to
this level??????

I thought Seuss was more about graphics and rhythm than
message!

Maybe I'll try and read it with more vodka~

I would have to agree with you on that. Perhaps that really is the sad twist as so few graduating these days can read at much higher of a level. I know it was a bit rough for me after all the bourbon....had to slur out a few of those tongue twisters!
