With waterfowl season only a few months away I figured I'd better get busy. Not that I've been sitting on my hands all year I had about 800 shells ( asst lead/steel) and I wanted to get a few more on hand so I can just hunt later in the year. Just loaded 200 3 1/2" 2XBB duplex for the 870. I used "Cheddite Multi-Hulls" Pre primed,Multi metal wads ,with 37 1/2 gr Steel powder 1 1/2 oz shot , clear over shot card and a rolled crimp. A real killer. I got more hulls and wads but it looks like I underestimated how much shot I'd need, looks like I'm two bags ( 20 pounds) short to finish. I had a No fright order come in I needed to get a few more, crap. PS It looks like I own this page? NO one else is willing to pose up some shot shell Info??? Edited by d4570 |
