There about $25 more then Barnes same size.
BUT
There in stock all the time.
I can get there 10% off discount.
$89 to my door.
Has anyone used or loaded them?
I have read great stuff about them and I'm a firm believer in copper projectiles'.
My new scope comes with custom truant caps.
No Idea when Barnes in 8mm 200 will be back in production, when they are I will gladly come back.
But for now I want to make up a comparable load and order the caps.
What do you think?Confused

I have seen the same claim with the tsx Barnes.
I have shot zillions of game with them in MANY calibers with Barnes and NEVER had an issue.
I have seen Hammer bullets up close and I can see score marks on the out side like Barnes to get them to Peddle out like the Barnes.
We will see I have 50 coming. I like Barnes and probable go back to them when they come back on the market.

You can find negative and positive on anything.
I like to talk to people that have actually used and tried them honestly.
Like I have said I'm impressed with the copper Barnes.Clap
I talked with "Steve" from hammer for load information.
He said most info runs the same and a comparable  lead jacketed bullet weight wise.
I'm using RL 26 and had a load worked up from "quick load computer program".
He said he would use my load and adjust from there.

At that price, do they actually shoot more accurate than a cup/core bullet????

When you add primer and powder, that makes it it 2.500 per trigger pull!

I've heard good things about Barnes bullets but at that price I think I'll stick with Sierra. I've killed a lot of animals with Sierra and only have one rifle that I can't get to shoot some kind of Sierra bullet accurately.
I have always considered myself to be quite the bullshitter, But ocasionally it is nice to sit back and listen to a true professional......So, Carry on.
