Big smile
Yes we put a few more down.
A buddy of mine had some time and wanted to try some loads he did up for his 6.5 creed.
OK we went out Friday. On the way we stopped to make sure the 22's where still on, they where. By By Gophers...
Now got to think, P dogs 89 miles one way, why would you only bring 20 shells???
Well he did, I took about 20 minutes and he was out. They shot very good but come on. I had a 100 but stop and we go home, the long way to check some fishing spots.
Gota start saving some shells and P dogs but I
m so week...

It's never good to go to a prairie dog town with less than 100 rounds.

I'm glad to hear you had a good time though.

I can see his reluctance.
There full blown deer loads, not varmints. He said he had more he can put together. But what if he can't get more components before hunting season. A real concern.
He would normally have his 223 AR but he just re worked it with a new barrel and all. His Head space gauge has yet to be delivered . He did not want to chance a mishap with it. He has a few 1000's shells for it. BUT still... Next time he is driving.Confused
