Does anyone here hunt with a .458 win Mag

G'Day all,
Just wondering if anyone here hunts with a .458? If anyone does do you have any good loads for it? What are your opinions of it? It surprises some people just how versatile they can be when loaded with 300 and 350 grain pills and when loaded with 500 and 550 grain Woodleighs at over 2100 fps I don't care what animal you are with a well placed shot you're going down!
I have one and will never part with it.

	Hi NOFX, I have used the 458 but have never owned one.The one I used put down a buff with ease it was driving a woodleigh 500gr at 2100 powered by 75grn of ar2208.Seemed to do the job.I have heard favourable reports of 77grn of IMR4320 for about the same speed for the same pill.Let me know when you take her after the buffs and mickey bulls in the NT.Have a good one macca.

	G'Day macca, I am actually in the process of planning a NT hunt at the moment. My parents are misssionary's in Africa and the end of next year am hoping to hunt cape buffalo. I know how expensive these hunts are but it is all coming along well./ Will definetly let you know how the loads work. Russ.
